29th Annual Virginia Children's Festival Saturday, October 7, 2017, 10 AM - 3 PM, $5 Admission (Infants age 1 and under are free) Town Point Park, Downtown Norfolk Waterfront Hampton Roads’ most exciting family festival is filled with more than 100 fun, creative and interactive activities that include storytelling, hands-on workshops, educational displays, cultural experiences, arts and crafts, military demonstrations, costumed characters and more! This event is designed with children 10 and younger in mind.
